Many of the special activities offered at DISDH are only possible with the support of our pupils' parents. We like to encourage all parents to play an active part in shaping our school life and contributing towards the positive atmosphere at DISDH. It doesn't matter where your interests lie or how much time you have to spare. We're sure you can get involved with school life in some way or other. Some activities and projects require regular support. Other activities are one-off events. Contact us if you would like to help DISDH as a volunteer. We can consider the options together before you make a decision.
There are all kinds of ways in which you can get involved in school life: You can help out at the editorial office of our school magazine, work as a voluntary library assistant, organise school fetes, become a parent representative, make costumes for school plays, accompany classes on school trips, help in the higher education and career information service for older pupils, or run an AG (e.g. chess, arts and crafts or sport).
