St. Kilians Student from Dublin in The Hague

From 20 to 25 April, five students from the German School in Dublin visited our school marking the beginning of an exchange programme between the two schools.

Participating students from grade 8 took a look at the subject of plastic pollution in our oceans. In this context, the film "A Plastic Ocean" was watched together and a questionnaire was developed which formed the basis for a survey distributed to grades 6 to 12. In addition to attending classes together, a rally through the city of The Hague, an evening of bowling and a dinner of pizza rounded out the special week.

The return visit of the DISDH students is expected to take place in September of the new school year.
