"Remembering for the present" - under this motto 10 students (from the 12th grade and the graduating class of 2020) researched the history of DISDH. Specifically, it was about school life in the 1930s/40s - at that time, the influence of National Socialism was omnipresent in The Hague.

A small delegation was present at the "Yom Hashoa" commemoration in the Kloosterkerk on Sunday (11 April). Yom Hashoa commemorates the murder of over 6 million European Jews during the rule of the National Socialists. Following the commemoration, flowers were laid at the Joods Kindermonument on the Rabbijn Maarsenplein. The participamnts had been invited by the committee "Jom Hasjoa, Den Haag". Three students of the 8th and 10th grade took part in the first online MUN conference at the British School of The Netherlands at the weekend. Together with students from the BSN and other schools, they discussed the situation in Yemen and measures to prevent pandemics.
