New at School
A special kind of courtyard break!
Within the framework of Social Science lessons, DISDH fourth-graders prepared an active recess for their schoolmates. With much enthusiasm and attention to detail, the children laid out a "barefoot path" in the schoolyard and carefully guided each other along the path, which they had designed themselves using natural materials. Stepping on and through various components not only felt relaxing for the feet but also helped promote motor skills and train sensory perception and coordination. A long queue at the entrance convinced that weather permitting, this feel-good action must be repeated. Our thanks go out to grade 4 for a very special recess!
