MUN goes Peace Palace

International City of Peace and Justice - nowhere can the motto of The Hague be better experienced than in the Peace Palace. At relatively short notice, 18 students who take part in the Model United Nations had the chance to get to know the famous landmark even better. During a 90-minute guided tour, the group learned more about the development of the Peace Palace and about the two courts represented, namely the more famous International Court of Justice and the lesser known Permanent Court of Arbitration. The students also discussed the importance of peace and justice for a common coexistence.
