Parents' Association
The DISDH Parents' Association stands for transparency and active participation in school life on the part of parents. The Board is made up of parent representatives from all school classes, the Kindergarten and the afternoon programme. These representatives are elected at the start of the school year by parents from each of the classes or groups. The aim of the Parents' Association is to support and advise the Principals and School Board with the development of our school.

The Parents' Association is involved, in particular, with parenting issues, general teaching and learning issues and practical subjects such as school rules. The Association discusses requests or ideas that have been expressed by parents and presents these to the Principals and School Board. Another important task of the Parents' Association is to welcome new families to DISDH and help them settle into their new environment.
