On 22 March 2016, 23 German teachers from eleven schools met at the DISDH to participate in the first training in preparation for the German Language Diploma. Our DaF teachers also took part and worked together sharing experiences with their colleagues from Dutch schools. All participants, whether they came from The Hague, Zierikzee, Tilburg, Amstelveen or other cities, were all committed to learning about the various requirements and conditions needed to offer the DSD at their own schools. The DISDH is planning to include its DaF students in the next central DSDI exam in March 2017. Preliminary comparative works have already been written.
